A DIY Book Tour

I came across this article about DIY book tours which also includes some information about online promotion and local book stores. This seems to give some good ideas for promotion but I am miles away from this yet.

I need to get back writing

I need to get back writing on here and doing other creative writing.

Although on my training and weight loss blog I have now over 400 posts that I have done, so I just need to channel some of the writing in this direction.
